1. Acceptance

By using RentFind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace role

RentFind provides a platform for publishing and discovering property listings. RentFind is not the landlord, tenant, estate agent or contracting party for a property transaction unless expressly stated.

3. Listing accuracy

Landlords and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and timeliness of their listings, photographs, prices, contact details and property descriptions.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not publish fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or abusive content; impersonate another person; upload malware; or use the platform to facilitate illegal activity.

5. Accounts

Landlords must provide a valid email address and protect their password. Account activity performed through valid credentials may be attributed to the account holder. Notify RentFind if you believe an account has been compromised.

6. Content and moderation

RentFind may review, hide or remove listings that violate these Terms, create safety concerns or appear fraudulent. We may also suspend accounts where necessary to protect users or the platform.

7. Property verification

Users should independently verify ownership, location, availability, pricing, identity and payment instructions before entering a property transaction.

8. Availability

We aim to keep RentFind available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing will remain available.
