Depending on how you use RentFind, we may collect account information such as your name and email address; landlord listing information; property photos; contact numbers you choose to publish; approximate or precise location information when you voluntarily use location features; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, publish and manage listings, provide search and contact features, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot problems and improve the platform.
3. Public listing information
Information deliberately included in a published property listing, such as property details and landlord contact information, may be visible to other RentFind users. Do not publish information you do not want displayed publicly.
4. Passwords and security
Passwords are processed using password-hashing mechanisms. Authentication tokens are used to maintain signed-in sessions. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain business records. Account deletion requests may remove account-associated information subject to technical and legal limitations.
6. Third-party services
RentFind may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, persistent image storage, maps/geocoding and payment functionality when those features are enabled. Those providers process information as necessary to provide their services.

You may request help with your account or personal information by contacting RentFind support.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
